Cannot register. This apps not send the TAC number. 4 times I request for TAC but not receive. Please updated. This apps not function. Please don’t mention 5 minutes for register. I think 50 minutes also not settle !!!

Cannot Online Transaction

Not sure why I can’t transfer my dividend to my bank account, I try so many times, this is ridiculous. If I open in the laptop, in the apps cannot open, how the notification want to push if can’t login in the apps? Please fix it!

Apps can be opened but cant be access the content inside

I’m not sure why the app need access to our location, bluetooth.

lagging and keep loading

cant even do anything it keeps loading and loading and then the app crashes and close suddenly

Slow and keep loading

The app is quite slow when trying to withdraw. Already at the final step, the app suddenly closes. After that, I had to try multiple times, facing various issues such as being asked to enable push notifications, OTPs not being sent, and the phone number not being registered. I had never facing those issues before because i used to withdraw money multiple times. In the end, I had to visit the nearest branch to update my phone number.

Make smaller icon

Can you make your picture on the opening screen smaller. I can’t even log in into the apps due to freaking large picture, blocking the Log In button

App is too slow

Im using iphone 11. To load the fund data and also data for dashboard is taking too much time. Some times, the data in the dashboard is showing but when i click on the funds on unit trust page, the fund does not exist. Please fix this

Withdrawal problem

I am extremely frustrated with this app's withdrawal system. Despite having $200 in my account, every time I attempt to withdraw the full amount, I am met with a prompt saying "Insufficient funds." This makes no sense and is clearly a critical bug in the system. It is unacceptable for an app handling finances to fail at such a basic function. If this issue isn't addressed immediately, I will stop using the app and advise others to do the same. Please fix this bug urgently to restore user trust.
