The app after update got bug and unable to update personal info. After update personal info still pop out the same message, ask to update personal info again. 👎🏻

Just poorly designed n written app, buggy and not user friendly. Statements can’t be downloaded, poor integration with 3rd party financial online platform. Utter disappointment for national UT.

PNB a multi billion ringgit company who manages ASNB came out with this lousy app. Nuff said…

Can’t even register. The password setting stuck! The app developer should be sacked! What a lousy app!

When I first registered, i entered different phrase for my secure phrase then when i wanted to login, it shows different secure phrase which is “Machamp-2” which is not my secure phrase? What’s wrong with your system??

Incompetent developer that built this apps should be sacked. The apps keep on getting error upon creating the password. Useless and time wasting.

Who is brainless designer for this app, totally not user friendly and too redundant click. Once shutdown, need 15 minutes for reactive into the apps.

Whenever I try to open the app all it shows is it is under maintenance. Cant even do anything and dont even know what happen to this app.
