Keep came out error (timeout) every time I fill the details. It’s been 2 days straight like this.

Getting 5000ms timeout error when attempting to log in. Unusable app.

I had the previous app and it logged me out automatically with no way of getting back in. Now it tells me to download this version which did not load despite many attempts. What a joke PNB! Incompetent service provider.

I have tried several times to redeem my Asnb funds. THE REDEMPTION FEATURE DOES NOT WORK AND IS BUGGY. It keeps showing either a dialog box saying it could not retrieve unitholder info and upon a second try, the app shows a box saying there were too many attempts. Very poorly designed app. You need to fix this BUG. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

It keeps on showing me blank screen every time I try to view my account statement. This app is a joke.

Cannot register. This apps not send the TAC number. 4 times I request for TAC but not receive. Please updated. This apps not function. Please don’t mention 5 minutes for register. I think 50 minutes also not settle !!!

Not sure why I can’t transfer my dividend to my bank account, I try so many times, this is ridiculous. If I open in the laptop, in the apps cannot open, how the notification want to push if can’t login in the apps? Please fix it!
