Pour ma part fonctionne très bien, rapide et efficace. Ne manque plus que la production photovoltaïque à l année…

Après mise à jour de l’application sur le store Apple l’application ne fonctionne plus. Elle demande à chaque connexion de recréer la location (mais le processus ne fonctionne pas puisque la location existe déjà) ou de se reconnecter avec son compte mais dans ce cas c’est l’interface web pc de l’application qui est ouvert pas l’appli IPhone et ça recommence à chaque lancement de l’application 😡😡😡😡

L’interface est bien réalisée. Mais je regrette le suivi de la consommation qui donne de manière aléatoire des chiffrages erronés. Impossible d’avoir un historique de consommation.

No where as good as the hypervolt app for ev charging , no detailed reports to download so you can go back months to see your charging history,

Just updated to the new app and it now won’t allow me in!! Really annoying!!

Nothing connects to each other. You ask for installer recommendations, they don’t reply! Customer service is non-existent… Save your money and go anywhere other than myenergi

Having just got my solar panels and battery installed exited to get it all up and running. At every stage I have found the myenergi app a nightmare. Ridiculous videos, tiny writing, impossible to work out how to adjust the tarif. Have wasted hours of my life I will never get back. Not sure if there is an alternative but I wish there were.
