We were suddenly logd out of the app. I received a mail with the solution. Tried everything. I made an account and want to connect my existing registrated hub. But what I tried it is not working. Location is succefully registrated, but when I want to connect with the hub it does not have a location 🙄 and the app password is not working.

Nice lay-out, great potential….too bad the app loses connection regularly and/or freezes so that the data are not correct…eg Solar panels feed the net but do not generate power according to the app…or app does not show any data at all. Some days it works perfectly , otter days it does not. I love the Zappi but the app is not up to standard.

No where as good as the hypervolt app for ev charging , no detailed reports to download so you can go back months to see your charging history,

Not the greatest interface. Confusing.

Just updated to the new app and it now won’t allow me in!! Really annoying!!

Nothing connects to each other. You ask for installer recommendations, they don’t reply! Customer service is non-existent… Save your money and go anywhere other than myenergi

Having just got my solar panels and battery installed exited to get it all up and running. At every stage I have found the myenergi app a nightmare. Ridiculous videos, tiny writing, impossible to work out how to adjust the tarif. Have wasted hours of my life I will never get back. Not sure if there is an alternative but I wish there were.

This is supposed to be flexible but you cannot program Libbi to charge from the grid if you are using Octopus Aglie.
