MYER one

Keep trying to verify my email, but keep getting error message (i.e. no Internet connection). I guess my Internet is fine so I can submit my feedback:)

Unlike Woolworths , the MyerOne card can not be added to Apple wallet. This circumvents Apple Iwatch usage of the card.

Went to use my voucher digital on the app and it did not work very frustrated and embarrassing!!! I’m done buying stuff from the store. Store lady was pathetic and waited 15 minutes for sorry we can’t help you!

Can’t track and check my new order.

Don’t really understand the purpose of the app besides the minimal rewards you receive after each purpose. I enjoy shopping at Myers but find as a loyal customer there really is no incentive which catches the eye or makes you feel excited about any potential discounts. Myers are great for ‘sales’ bargains but as a loyal customer I feel like they need to design something more specific. Let’s be realistic! $10- rewards won’t contribute a lot to a persons next purchase.

The confusion of passwords, one being for Myer One and the other for Myer, I have to say no other business has this.

I ordered a heater blanket and a roll of deodorant. The deodorant arrived within days, but the blanket didn't come. When I looked up the tracking, it states it was delivered but it didn't come. I have put in a request and phoned. But Noone wants to help. I have been all around the neighbourhood, asking if they have received a parcel. I'm so upset with Myer as I only shop with them and it appears I have they wont help. Shame on you Myer!!!

I do need another app, just support Apple Pay Also the app does not support if you reset your password before the app and make you do it again It is clunky and they need UI and usability person on the team.

I tried to log into my myerone app but it didn’t work so I went into safari and created a new password and logged in but it didn’t work on the app and the app said I already had an account but the password didn’t match then it said I didn’t even have a registered myerone. This was very frustrating and a big waste of time in the end. The myerone app said I didn’t have a registered account so I gave up.

I wanted to reorder something I bought before, but my previous transaction doesn’t link, and I can’t even select and copy the name of the item so I can put it into the search box. Really unfriendly to use - I gave up and started searching elsewhere.
