MYER one

App takes you to another page to log in when you shop therefore a very pointless app. Only useful to view purchase activity and offers

Made a purchase using my Myer one card, I did this as I was told I would be able to receive a refund or make an exchange if it was the wrong size. When heading into store only a few days later i was denied my exchange due to the Myer one app not working. There was no evidence of me using the card on my profile. I am now stuck with an item that I cannot use because this system let me down. Very disappointed

Really good Myer app. Updates on sales and rewards are quickly uploaded. No glitches

This app would be better if it added the rewards for an individual brand sold online l, such as review or forever new Eg if I purchase instore I get both Myers and review rewards points added, but if I purchase online I only get Myer rewards points

Absolutely pointless app can't shop within it. Half the time you can't login. There's problems with the server. The spacing in the barcode has to be correct sometimes and then not correct the others. It's just useless. It's buggy if you want to shop it takes you out of the app anyway it's just a pointless waste of time. It's no wonder Meyer is going broke. They can't even keep up-to-date with basic technology. If Kmart & BigW can build user friendly shopping apps why can't Myer do it? Good riddance Myer all you had to do is keep up with technology and demands and you would've stayed in business.

Love the simplicity of the app, however it would be great if the card can be added to the apple wallet.

Data on this app is frequently incorrect or missing/incomplete. Myer One readers program does not track all purchases - this is such a common occurrence that they e added a function to report missing transactions. However this function does not work, which is disappointing. Overall, this is a clunky app.

Never seen some app hard to use like this , I can’t even login , I think the designer must want stop customer , every app login within password, they chose to use birthday and postcode, and account needed , if Myer one is another password???
