An achievement
An achievement to make an app as useless as this one. One star is over generous.
Warmup 4IE Thermostat
Fitted one of these in 2015 and have been very happy with it. Prior to purchase and installation of bathroom underfloor heating I made several calls to Warmup tech support and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The stat is fitted to my central heating and it does what says on the box perfectly, especially remotely with the app and I have just linked it to my Echo and it responds to voice control as well. My partner is so impressed that I am now fitting one to her house. I did a lot of research on remote stats and this was the most competitive at the time and has since come down in price. Good product, great value for money and an easy and helpful company to deal with.

This application is dreadful. Does not complete the set up process pointless
Terrible app
Not a user friendly app. Over complicated user journey - not intuitive at all. No idea what it was designed like this.

If I could score it less I would. You can’t even set a simple program for when you want the heating on and off.

Awful. Trying to connect thermostat to network and it won’t let me choose my home network so can’t use it. Such a waste of time
Appalling app
I use the Hive for my radiators but have just installed underfloor heating in one room. The warmup “smart” thermostat and app are truly atrocious. Like something from 10 years ago. Took me 3 hours to get the thermostat working. Had to turn off my router 5Ghz mode and also turn off WiFi 6. So basically turn my router into something from a decade ago. Then the app is just so poorly designed. It needs a top down redesign.
Terrible
Convoluted and complex. Doesn’t connect and constantly have to reset. Such a pain. Also why is it called “my heating” surely “warmup” would make more sense. The mind boggles. DONT BUY!!!
Doesn’t work
Great to see you’re re-engaging with the app development after 2 years off. However, the current version just doesn’t work for me. It won’t communicate with a brand new 6iE installed today (which is connected to the web and registered to the cloud). I need three more UFH systems and being able to control them together and via the web is going to be necessary. If I can’t fix this soon I’ll have to buy other systems for the other rooms…
