They have the worst customer service ever, No phone number is answering, no adress email, no real time chat, I have a small issue in the order and none ever answer. They just took the money and thats it.

The app is very good and for me it is the best you can find on the market, but the subscription fees are ridiculously expensive. No way I will pay for it, even for the cheapest plan. You should review your business model, you’ll certainly generate more revenue with more paying users. Cheers

Love the detail, the app layout, and photos. I started the family tree but I run into ALOT of errors. I cant add a child to my exhusband's tree. I cant get my gpa's divorce in. I don't even have the option to add my gma's marriages. I cant even change myself to a female from unknown. I dont believe this company believes in second marriages, not even an option. Can only add one spouse. Errors I see: Oops. Error. Unknown error, please try again.
Simply, in my opinion, the best animation, restoration, colorization and all the other tools they gave available for your photography work on the market. Very user Friendly.
Over 6 months now and still no update! What’s even worse is that there’s still a banner talking about “check back soon for your updated results” Lol, What a joke MyHeritage is as a company. Just take the banners down! It’s not like you’re going to update the rest of the results you left hanging! What kind of company does something like that? A company that doesn’t care about its customers and is terrible at ethnicity estimates to begin with. I’ve given up at this point with MyHeritage because this company doesn’t care at all. Honestly I don’t see how you stay in business. You’re definitely not in the same league as 23andMe and AncestryDNA that’s for sure! You don’t come close. Thank goodness I tested with them and actually got accurate results and guess what? When they update everyone gets one, not just a select few.
I’ve never encountered such an amateur site where it constantly resets so you have to keep going back to the beginning, then logs you out & then locks you out. All while using the same device. This and their sister site Old News need to fix their bugs before attempting new technology
So much fun for whole family. Just wish follow up wasn’t so expensive
