Impossibe to log in! Have tried resetting password and can’t even do that! Hopeless!

I’v been using this MyPRP app for a while now I can’t log in it says error unable to establish connection.

I have tried for the last two days to access my results. I’ve changed my password and checked my email and password dozens of times. Still can’t access the app for results. Each time I get an oops must be your user name, password or account is locked. If it’s locked there is no access to getting it unlocked! Very frustrating!

This is a terrible app I logged into my account and I could see someone else’s scans and information in there. I was unable to delete or re-register the account Calls were not addressed Serious start a breach Very disappointing don’t recommend anyone who wants to safeguard their medical information

I spent so much time trying to sign I but always failed so I gave up and will wait until I see my GP. Not good.

Hello, I cannot log in. I have reset my password three times and it doesn’t recognise anything. I can’t see my test results. Please help.

Hi, I had spent nearly two hours plus to register but end of the day I was frustrated and failed to register and then forget it. I wonder how you can help me to register because I needed badly.

You put all your details in and it will not work once activated. Please be careful.

Hi, I have used this app before to view results with no issues months ago but now when I open the app I get a black screen as soon as I open it. No options no nothing just a black screen I have tried to remove it and re open it but still the same issue, I have turned phone off and on and no change, as soon as I touch the app to open I get nothing but a black screen. Not very helpful anymore.
