You put all your details in and it will not work once activated. Please be careful.

Hi, I have used this app before to view results with no issues months ago but now when I open the app I get a black screen as soon as I open it. No options no nothing just a black screen I have tried to remove it and re open it but still the same issue, I have turned phone off and on and no change, as soon as I touch the app to open I get nothing but a black screen. Not very helpful anymore.

Need to upload request when making appointment? Can you upload image from your files or photos? NO, your only option is to take a photo with your camera. Really??? Need to login to your account? Good luck with that one, wait till it locks you out each time you try! Need to make an appointment? How about providing a list of available dates and times, a bit like booking a hotel does, much more efficient

I have tried many times to reset my password and login. It keeps saying Oops! and that I have to reset my password. I reset and still it says I have to reset. Impossible!!! I cannot use this app because it is totally inaccessible. Soooo frustrating.

App crashes. Repeatedly asks for OIN. Finally got in and the scans that were there had disappeared. Deleted app. Will just do it the old fashioned way. Totally fed up with useless technology.

My results i’m not showing up on this app. I have kept asking to burn me a CD i’m not very happy they are not helping me to fix the problem
