Can’t view reports
I can get into my account very easily. I can’t view any of my reports. I emailed for help. All that happened was I received a link to download the new app which I am already using. Waiting time on phone is very long, I was on the phone for a half an hour and my call was dropped.
Great access to account, but signing in to your account every time not good
Great for accessing your health records, but why is it necessary to sign in each time? If you can’t get easier access than going to the web page, what’s the point?! Needs to add face recognition/pass code for accessing the app rather than having to sign in with user name and password.
This App is a Bookmark
This 'app' is a bookmark to their website. It's entirely a web view. If it at least supported mobile auth methods like Face ID, or longer sessions, that'd be one thing, but it doesn't.
White screen
Just downloaded. White screen is all that shows
Doesn’t work
Just downloaded the app today and it’s not working. Only shows a white screen. Looks like this has been a problem for a while.
Won’t open
Just downloaded (aug 27/23) and all I get is a white screen.
Not helpful at all
My Sask Health Record is inadequate when it comes to giving medical records. It shows that you went to a doctor but not anything about the treatment or diagnosis. How are you supposed to advocate for yourself when you denied access to the appropriate information.
Also when you live in the border city, lab and imaging results are not available because because the clinics are on the Alberta side.
All this “app” does it open the website. It doesn’t even save your login info. $291,000 was spent on this app and it doesn’t show. All it is a glorified bookmark on your Home Screen and another example of the disappointment in the Canadian healthcare system.
Solid app if built in 2012
The app is a thin web browser. It requires a person to login each time opening the app and provides a slightly different interface for the website. Everything is still horribly slow. It also asks for access to many Apple Health items, but I can’t see what it does with that and doesn’t seem to allow Lab Test data to be sent into Apple Health. I hope this is a “soft launch” of a future usable version.
