Your app keep showing “no internet connection” today even though the other apps working as per normal. I can’t pay the bills

Update la apps tu, asal masuk asyik buffering je, loading nak buka statement sahaja. Belum nak bayar thru apps lagi. Nak kena tunggu sampai setengah jam. Tnb projek berjuta update apps la sikit.

Kept popping up messages that said “I have no internet connections!”

I have no high hopes on this app. But surprisingly it is quite good. Please keep it up and make it even better. I give 4 stars to the devs

Laggy, inaccessible and frustrating to use. Have to refresh or restart several times and cannot even access the simplest things. When I went to the TNB store they told me to cancel my account online because it was ‘easier’, but so far it has been the opposite. This is such a waste of time and very disappointing.

Why does this apps always say no internet connection? Is this apps retard?

Please hire better programmer to write myTNB app. Not working on wifi. Need to use mobile data.

The app was really helpful until few months ago when it stops functioning when I am outside the country. Until now I cannot even access this app outside Malaysia can only do transaction via this app when I am back. Please do not limit the access by country as nowadays people are moving around the globe and still have Malaysia as our home.

The apps cant get through after update. Stuck at welcome page. Is it upgrade or downgrade version

After updating to current version, When phone connected to home WiFi, Mytnb application cannot be opened. Need to switch to data mode, mytnb app would be opened. Hope can fix this issue or bugs
