The TNBApp after, each update and after many hours being inaccessible due to ‘upgrades’; seems to be less useful and is still extremely slow. The TNB customer email support is also very slow, inefficient and ineffective.

Can’t see my bill or current cost current version of app is bad. Says refresh but does not work 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The monthly usage chart does not seem to update beyond Dec 2009. Is there a way to reset the range?

Great design with very intuitive dashboards. I really like the ability to add multiple accounts - save the hassle of multiple logins!

And so much easier to use now

This is such an upgrade from the old app. Just tried paying my bill on it and it was so easy! Especially like how I can add my parents’ account also as I’m the one paying for them. Good job tnb! Love the new design

One of the better looking gov apps. BUT it’s buggy. Once I get into the notification detail screen. The delete and back buttons are inaccessible. And I had to close the app before I look at the next message… and repeat. It’s very annoying. Please fix it.

I keep on getting the Christmas and New Year page when I open the app and then the app dpesnt respond and I have to reinstall it back. It’s been 3 times already
