Living in Canada and paying $40 for shipping is now A THING OF THE PAST. Hello $15 shipping!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service is absolute garbage and they be charging extra fees for everything. I would 100% not recommend this, seriously look for other options.
They overvalued my items to over a thousand where I only spent less than $200 on Nordstrom Rack. I wasted $150 for them and on top of that FEDEX charged me another $150 for tax and duties. I’m warning you folks, DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS with this SCAMMER! I should make a formal complaint to BBB soon.
App crashes a lot and loaded with spam and adds that notify you all night. The service is expensive, your stuff arrives slow and damaged and they charge an arm and a leg more than other reshipping companies. I am still disputing several fraudulent charges and the customer service reps are very rude and disrespectful. I recommend avoiding this company
These are crooks with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They keep your stuff and you have no way of contacting them. Phone doesn’t work and emails are not answered. Take your money and go somewhere else!!
The MYUS service is decent but it isn’t cheap. But the app is useless. Literally useless. Use the full website which works fine. Don’t bother with the app. For one thing the app sometimes puts in the incorrect address if you have more than one preferred address even after you expressly select the one you want. So seriously - DON’T USE THE APP IF YOU USE THE SERVICE.
Needs an update as it freezes too kuch
They treat us like liars all the time need to prove the price. Plus they describe the less possible what's you receive so you have to pay extra for picture to know what their talking about. Very bad service, CAN'T talk to nobody live, this service is awful!!
The worst company ever they lost my shipment from 10/5 and when i send emails nobody answer me even the carrier sent me the proof of delivery and when i chat they cut chatting i want my refund i don’t want the parcel anymore i bought the dress for special occasion now i can’t wear it i have to look for another one After two weeks they found my shipment but i don’t want any more i told them to return it to the merchant but they lost my shipment and i gave them a label to return the shipment but until now i don’t know where’s the shipment today is the third of July
