MyUS Global Shipping App

Please, everyone stay away from this company. They were supposed to ship all my items to me at once, but managed to misplace one of my packages, and left another one behind for some bs reason that were just lies. And then didn’t tell me. I only found out because I checked the shipping and noticed there were two packages missing. Then when they were finally to ship my last two items (they actually managed to find the one they misplaced), they shipped my $500 item off to someone else (or someone at their warehouse stole it, who even knows), and they shipped me someone else’s items. So I got one of mine, and a lot of random stuff that doesn’t belong to me. They are refusing to help me find the person they shipped my item to, even though I know exactly who packaged the items. I know this because they placed a sticker on my package that said «packaged with extra care by (employee name)», (ironic considering if a package was handled with extra care, these mistakes wouldn’t happen in the first place) so I have their name and everything, but they still are not bothering to talk to them and see if they can figure anything out. I filed a claim for the shipment, to get a refund for the items they lost, but the only thing I got was a $40 credit to spend on future services from this aweful company. As if I’ll ever use them ever again. They also over charged my card for services I did not request, and failed to complete the ones I did request. So please be aware, and don’t trust these people with your money or items. They are stealing and scamming people. There are so many stories both here, on their Facebook page and on Twitter. There are a lot of other reship companies, please use them instead. I’m currently figuring out how to take legal action against them, and I know I’m not the only one.

The worst company ever they lost my shipment from 10/5 and when i send emails nobody answer me even the carrier sent me the proof of delivery and when i chat they cut chatting i want my refund i don’t want the parcel anymore i bought the dress for special occasion now i can’t wear it i have to look for another one After two weeks they found my shipment but i don’t want any more i told them to return it to the merchant but they lost my shipment and i gave them a label to return the shipment but until now i don’t know where’s the shipment today is the third of July

This company scammed me deducted 325$ from my credit card for a shipment of 13 pounds. They dont answer whatsapp messages, you cant call them and their live chat keeps you waiting for hours

When they recive the package it has the merchant invoice I don't know why the ask for the real value when they have the prove of it. even when I type the value the app put random number like one package I typed 41$ it shows 383$

Very unfortunate and unhelpful

The worst experience I have ever experienced. They take 4-5 days to check packages in, over-inflate the value of the package and when you try to correct it, they take days and days to reject your invoices. It’s almost been a month since I’ve gotten my account and still I can’t send anything. Rubbish company. Avoid at all costs.

Best app out there, haven’t seen any problems at all.

Communication is a nightmare. Packages are unnecessarily delayed and you’ll end up paying more for the inconvenience. Overall I regret giving MyUs a second chance. As soon as I clear my suite I’m canceling my membership. It’s not worth the headache

The myUS service itself is great, but this app is terrible. It is so slow and buggy — use the website instead and avoid the frustration.

Ever since this app got hacked it has been frustrating using it. Can’t MyUS sort the mess out already 😏😏😏😡😡😡 One time you are logged in, another time you’re logged out and can’t even access your own account 🤨🤨🤨 After months and the problem is still there 😡😡😡
