application and pricing is just going from bad to worse !!!

It is a scam application. They scammed me with a discount and I did not get the discount back

I did exchange on application took them more than 2 weeks at end I didnt receive the product When i called customer service they said they don't know I will delete this application and will always give negative review

But shipping experince once made me loss about 1000 aed , otherwise namshi still a good app

I made a return request last May and till now the request is pending and NAMSHI didn’t refund my money and all their replies are useless with no any feedback just to make wait for no reason and I called them and they want to make anything to convince me with the opposite but I will publish all of these emails with your replies.
