Namshi - We Move Fashion

The customer service is really bad. I contacted them many times by email to exchange an item for a smaller size, but they always respond that they will solve the issue as soon as possible, yet they never do. I don't recommend using the Namshi app.

التطبيق سيء جدًا يعلق والدفع صعب مو حلو شركة كبيرة مثل نمشي عندها مزانيه كبيره يكون تطبيقهم يفشل و يعلق

They canceled my order without any explanation!!!! And it was my first time ordering from them!!!
