Very Easy and useful. Wow!

Just downloaded the app and it will not let me make any bookings. It just says Network connection lost.

Just booked a ticket, super fast and easy with easy payment options. Easy to add ticket to Apple wallet.

The app gets updated very rarely and it still doesn't support iPhone X screen. In addiction it is too slow and old design, it needs to be moderned.

Try to book a journey! After entering all journey details it asks you to renter it all over again. With account you should not have to pay booking fee of £1.50 but this does not work either. Don’t leave your day job NE!

The mobile app is very easy to use. Thanks national express 👍👍👍

The app constantly hangs when trying to make a booking and you have to go back to the booking page; when it returns you to the booking screen it holds some of the search values but resets others so you have to reenter; when it does go through it sometimes just sends you to another booking page where you have to reenter the same search/info, again; on iPad at least you can’t enter a departure time value because it won’t allow you to confirm the value selected; and when you do eventually get a booking sorted, it doesn’t make the booking available in the app - you have to go to the confirmation email and search the reservation number to enter manually into the app to have the booking show up. Shambolic. I have some of the the same problems on my iPhone, I don’t have these issues on Windows.
