It is impossible to buy a ticket, it is updating the page

The app is still refreshing each second on the results page. Still - because I can see the same comment from the 11th of March! 3 months, guys, 3 months!

it is not possible to buy a ticket due to the fact that the page is constantly updated. Developers, please solve the problem due to which it is impossible to view the route and buy a ticket

As I’m trying to search tickets, it’s constantly refreshing — literary every 2 seconds!!! I can’t choose anything, the screen is just jumping all the time! Have never seen such bugs with any other apps.

Very handy

Try to book a journey! After entering all journey details it asks you to renter it all over again. With account you should not have to pay booking fee of £1.50 but this does not work either. Don’t leave your day job NE!

The app constantly hangs when trying to make a booking and you have to go back to the booking page; when it returns you to the booking screen it holds some of the search values but resets others so you have to reenter; when it does go through it sometimes just sends you to another booking page where you have to reenter the same search/info, again; on iPad at least you can’t enter a departure time value because it won’t allow you to confirm the value selected; and when you do eventually get a booking sorted, it doesn’t make the booking available in the app - you have to go to the confirmation email and search the reservation number to enter manually into the app to have the booking show up. Shambolic. I have some of the the same problems on my iPhone, I don’t have these issues on Windows.

This must be the absolutely worst app ever invented! Did the office boy do it on his lunch break? Anything you search for on the initial page you have to reenter on the next! You can’t log in to your account and find your ticket, you have to first find the email with the ticket number then you can retrieve it. This is the only way to store it in your wallet as you can’t do it from the booking page/confirmation.
