Easy To use. It does take a bit of time to get green days (the app needs to learn about you) and be used to measuring every day but it’s worth it.

Let me be honest with u, if you are not someone who is organized, can track temperature every day and respect to the point the red days, then don’t bother. If otherwise you can do so and want a natural birth control method, this is sincerely a life changing experience. You also can use a ring that tracks your temperature so you don’t have to measure in the morning (which is nice for people who wake up a lot during the night like me). Going from being on the pill for years, I decided to stop 2 years ago and natural cycles has been my contraception ever since. The inexistence of any side effects is such an amazing experience and learning to know your own body and cycle phases, change of mood during the cycle etc. is incredible.

Really bad client support. Not helping at all. My subscription was renewed without any warning. If you explain that you didn’t want a renewal, because you can’t afford it anymore there is no possibility for a refund, they just come with lousy proposals. Would not recommend.

I really do love using this app and it has been working so well and teaching me about my body, I love the quick and easy mood and symptom trackers that help me see patterns in my cycle. Recently though the mood and symptom buttons have gone and I can't seem to find them, is this from an update or is it something wrong on my side? Thank you ❤️

I have been using this for over a year, I have had no pregnancy scares since I started. The algorithm is very precise. I really recommend this to any woman that wants to get to know her cycle, wants to prevent or plan a pregnancy. It is AWESOME to be pill free!

This method probably only works as contraception when you have a very regular schedule and period, don’t travel too much (definitely not to different time zones) and measure every single morning. I was dumb enough to trust this app and ended up pregnant right when I renewed my subscription. They also don’t do refunds btw! So if you really do not want to get pregnant, use a trusted method that’s been advised by your doctor! And not this There are a lot of cases where women fell pregnant while on prevention mode, you can give it a google

This app has taught me a lot about my body. I have learned so much about my own cycle -- the cycle all women go through every single month. I think this app must be introduced at schools since the first day a girl gets her period and hopefully boys could take part in understanding how this cycle works. It should be taught as a compassionate journey of shared responsability. This app should be something women should be able to share with her significant other. Technology could set women free of all those hormonal methods of contraception that only take us away from embracing our own natural cycle. It was about time for an app like this!

Natural cycles has been life changing for me! You get what you put into it but it’s easy enough to use and monitor your temp! It’s so much better for your body than birth control. I highly recommend!

I have been using Natural Cycles to prevent pregnancy for a year a half now. My husband and I love it. I have learned so much about my body through logging information. Getting to know my cycle and getting in tune with my hormones has been huge as well. It truly is reliable when used as recommended. I have recommended it to so many friends and countless women’s lives are getting simpler because of NC! 10/10 recommend.
