This needs to be able to use on a 5g network. I can’t recalibrate the litter or use the app period. Makes no sense why there is an app that only works for a smaller network. Not happy.

No, seriously? What manager thought this was a good idea? It’s an app about litterboxes. If I had questions about my cat’s health and for some reason I wanted to ask an AI chatbot, I would just ask ChatGPT in their own app. Of course, I’m a sane person who cares about my pets, so I’d never leave their medical decisions up to a hallucinating math equation. Please remove this garbage bloat from your app.

I can’t use this app for my $500 litter box, because apparently, I’m too tech savvy and am using the most recent router technology. Thanks guys. Why not just limit us to 14.4 modems, Neakasa? Are you kidding me? I’m on the verge of retuning this.

Despite some negative reviews, I'm very happy with this app and the accompanying litter robot. After a quick update, I haven't experienced the issues others mentioned. The weight readings are accurate about 95% of the time. My only suggestion is to improve the "full" notification for the waste bin. Currently, it only shows "normal" or "full," and then the bin is upside down. A warning 1/2 day before the bin is full would be great. Overall, though, I'm extremely satisfied.

Love the litter box but the app itself is annoying. It doesn’t notify me like it should. Also ads in an app after I paid $500 for a litter box?!

For the price of this box, the app should actually work and provide accurate information. What it promised - info on usage and the cat itself - is the reason I chose this box over others. As others have said, my cat's weight varied greatly and switched back-and-forth from kilograms to pounds. Sometimes it recognized my (one) cat and sometimes it did not. Notice the past tense verbs - last month the usage/history information stopped recording. As if that's not bad enough, I have contacted Neakasa more than once and finally just received what is obviously a generic reply about how to reset the app. All of which I had already done and did not work. The good news is that the box works great – so far – and I hope that continues, after this honest review of the app… I can't imagine what will happen if the box stops working, since they can't even give me good Customer Service about the app!

The litter box is fine, but the app is plagued by unwanted advertising. Give me a way to opt out please!

The app pushes notification ads at you. Otherwise it's okay and works.

The app will constantly put ads for their store in your face. It also sends promotional push notifications which can’t be disabled aside from muting the whole app, but then you can’t get any notifications about the litter box. Infuriating.
