我買了宜寶貓砂機 是標榜有app功能的 用的好好的 後面和台灣談代理 直接把我帳號解綁不能用 這不是詐欺是什麼？ 現在是要我花兩次錢去買同一個東西嗎？ 爛透了什麼不守誠信的爛公司

when i want to set the restricted area, the setting square is outside the map, please modify the program

The restricted area function is hard to use. When try to make a new restricted area, the initial drawing red square/shape is always way too big and almost completely outside of the map. I have a small restricted area that’s permanently there, no matter how I tried(tap, double tap, tap everything else, even using my iPencil). Please fix this, or at least make a “copy map” or “reset area settings”function without all the restricted areas so I can redraw the areas.

This needs to be able to use on a 5g network. I can’t recalibrate the litter or use the app period. Makes no sense why there is an app that only works for a smaller network. Not happy.
