Neakasa

This new update has made my account unable to access my pets accounts and when I try to re-add their account I was advised that I could not duplicate my pet’s accounts. In the past, I would add their names to where the litter box was unable to determine which pet used the litter box. I would select “cat” and then select the correct pet for that timeframe. Now, I am unable to access their accounts. Please fix it! Thanks.

Pretty sure this violates Apple polices. Furthermore, the code doesn’t actually get sent so I can’t make an account

I love the neakasa litter robot and like that it’s an open top compared to a different litter robot I use. However, the other litter robot and app I have with actually notifies me with useful information like when my kitties actually come to use the litter. The neakasa app notifies me of nothing. I have to periodically go into the app to see if the litter robot has been used or not. And also not sure if the weight system is really off or if there’s a way to calibrate, but the weight it tells me my cats are is very different from my other brand litter robot. If the neakasa app notification issues can be fixed, I would love this more

There is room for improvement but it works. Using it with the litter box. Seems to connect fine and operations work. But if I put in a cat in lb, it displays it in kg. If a cat it can’t recognize by weight enters the box it shows the cat with a weight. If I click on it, I have to enter all the details including the weight. And I can’t tell it that it is a specific cat already created, or name it the same, so I have to delete the original one to create the new one. It’s only been the first hour of using it and the device so I guess time will tell.

To install? Very invasive app.

1. I bought this to automatically clean the litter and this setting is the hardest to find. It’s easier to get to their shopping website to buy more stuff than finding this BASIC setting. 2. App update deleted all my previous setting. Great.

I’m not sure what all the low ratings are about because I’ve had opposite experience. Connects very well with M1 litter box and provides very helpful performance information. So far, it’s been great!

We just got our M1 cat litter robot, it says it’s connected to our wifi, however the product will not send any usage or cleaning updates in the app. For example, the app never updates any working records!!!! But it is connected to wifi and the other feature controls work. There is also no customer support for the M1 and it’s not helpful AT ALL. It just sends the same articles over and over again no matter what you send, and none of them pertain to the M1 product we got. Also, The family share QR code doesnt work either it doesnt even take the other user to the app or account. Very disappointed in the performance of this app. The M1 seems to be working fine on it’s own for now. But I hope to see quick updates and improvements with this app as mentioned above so we can control and customize the settings of the M1 from the app as we were hoping to. I hope they fix why the M1 will not update with any Working Records in the app, so i can see if my cat used the litter and if the machine did a cleaning cycle.

The app crashes every single time I try to log in. It’s completely useless and a garbage app.

Doesn't connect to WiFi, or fails to complete setup. No option to say "I'm connected", just sits on the waiting screen. I have the latest version. The old, unsupported app still connects, but then dots on "loading". Worst "smart device" I've ever tried to setup.
