Net-A-Porter is the best. Delivery, packaging, easy. It’s all excellent. Very professional and easy to use the app.
My account never seems to work so I have to check out as a guest.
Honestly …… hands down best service on this planet. You cannot fault the customer service or returns . The delivery times are beyond next level. I shop all over the world but Net-a - porter is just exceptional. Thank you.

This is a great app but 2 things; there’s a bit of lag and it’s not connection related, I’ve tried different locations. Second issue is the filtering.. it’s not very user friendly specially when you want to filter to multiple items across different categories.
Doesn’t allow you to select any text to copy and search google ie for swatches for cosmetics. Doesn’t auto-populate details when processing payment so have to manually enter everything.
I been a customer for more then 7 years, I have ordered 3 pack Oribe gift set. And each of them are missing 1 item. When I try to contact the customer service, at the beginning , the ask me to return it, and all I want is get the missing items, later they’re saying that product is not including, it’s an error , and didn’t give me options. So , I have to call, the customer service said they would love to send the items, however is out of stock. They can offer me 10% discount on next purchase. I went to online to check while I’m still talking to the customer service team, it have stock on line. And they have to transfer me to supervisor. But I got hand up on supervisor. Not sure if that’s the customer service happening to all customers .
I am constantly getting ‘acess permission denied’ messages on this app when I want to look in my shopping bag, very annoying. I have to delete the app and then re-install it, useless.
