Careless packing, awful after-sale service, irresponsible customer service, forcing customers to accept defective items. Unstable connection.

the app is really fake, before paying the app page showed free shipping, but shipping cost HK$150 will be charged in the payment page!

Whether you’re using the app or the site, please check the price again and again before you fill out credit card information. I added an item to my shopping bag, and the price reflected on the product page is $10K less than the price listed on checkout page. $10K! Not talking about $100. I almost got tricked and paid at a price much higher than listed. I’ve all the screenshots to support my claim. I contacted customer support and their only response are as follows: After further checking, the price of <hiding product name here> has been updated and it's now at 58,800 HKD I'm sorry that you didn't get to complete your purchase earlier, but we're unable to offer you to previous price anymore. Well, that’s such a lie and convenient way of hiding their trickery! The product page at checkout time shows the price at $10K lower. The horrible experience is unrivaled by any other e-commerce websites. In fact, it not only damages the site’s reputation but also the brand’s. Why they would list products on this site is beyond me.
