I have a problem loading the payment page on my phone. I spent hours on the phone with someone who did not help at all. I feel that unless you are spending thousands every month no one cares. I am a good customer on all 3 sites and i’m now experiencing the same problem on sister sites. not good at all

I have need buying items from many sellers this year: Farfetch, Mytehresa, Harrods, Matches Only Net-a-Porter sends back items that I have returned and charges full price. Last return was delivered back to me without a single notification and explanation from support service. I have no idea why they rejected return. No one contacted me. If I have changed my home adress this pricey item will be lost at all. I feel the platform is trying to increase sales by not allowing returns or finding fake reasons to reject returns If I wasnt ordering from other platforms I would think it's industry tool but from my experience it's only Net-a-Porter that is doing that Will delete the app and use Mytheresa instead. Net-a-Porter turned into scammers
