Since last upgrade I have not been getting any motion detection alerts, and getting alerts it’s the whole reason I have it

The quality of the camera and videos are great and the options of where to hang it up are good to. But the motion detection definitely needs fixing. I have mine set up on a tree where birds can perch and eat, but every time a gust of wind moves the leaves it goes off which is very annoying. Another thing is that there should be an automated setting to scare off certain animals or species of birds that eat up the seed. The grackles have been the worst for me and I have to go for periods of time leaving the feeder empty. If an automated setting to scare off species like grackles who devour the seed is in place it would be very helpful. Thank you for all your hard work in creating a way to watch birds.

Good picture and video when it works. Which is only part of the time. Picks up more wind motion than animals or people.(Supposedly that can be adjusted.) App repeatedly freezes and then has to be reloaded or restarted.

The camera quality is fine and whatever but using this as a baby monitor is a horrible experience. Connecting to the camera live is a constant chore, sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to connect, sometimes it takes a minute, it’s different every time. But it almost never connects immediately.The camera itself is constantly turning on and off for no reason at all when I connect to it live, for some reason me connecting to it causes the entire thing to shut down. I just don’t recommend using Netvue at all. It’s all poor quality, there are much better affordable options out there.

The application will maintain an audio connection if it runs in the background. I noticed this when it would connect to my car as if a phone call was in progress. This running the background causes the battery to drain. Only way to fix is to explicitly close the app each time when done using.

I love seeing my birds up close and personal. It is great fun to share the videos and AI pictures with friends and family.

I signed up for an account to use my birdify bird feeder, in order to identify birds. It never identified any birds. Since there are no tutorials on how to use the app and it didn’t work, I tried to cancel my account. There is no way to cancel on the app and nobody answers the phone at customer support. When they finally called me back they did refund one month’s fee. I DO NOT recommend this app.

I accidentally purchased this app. It was not the app I needed. I tried to cancel and asked for a refund but received no response. I never used the app and it cost me $37.

Love our camera! We have the bird feeder and the stand alone camera for the hummingbird feeder. Good camera for what we use it for.
