The app will not work I sent many emails and photos. They just close the ticket. They want me to tell them why it doesn’t work, I sent the error message etc, yet my miner is mining on NiceHash Im not getting paid due to the app not showing my miner,

Incessant crashing, over and over. Uninstall and reinstall? No avail.

Can’t withdraw funds without KYC. “Inactivity fee” will drain your account to $0

They take your money for being “inactive” as if they pay an actual person to maintain it. Thieves.

After having mined quite a bit for nicehash over the years and making successful withdrawals, all of a sudden i need to submit to an "automated AI identification" before i can use the value i mined on my rig. Well i submitted my personal info to a shady looking webpage, and the AI behind the scenes denied me and now my account is locked. Stay away from this company and app they will lock you out of your account without so much as one human interaction!

I have used this app since 2019 and have enjoyed it. It’s user friendly GUI and consistent stability have always been my favorite things about the platform. For whatever reason they recently updated the platform and literally ruined everything. Sadness!
