NiceHash

I had very little bit coin in my wallet but since they’ve moved to Switzerland my wallet has been completely cleaned out leaving zero in there. I thought it might be an issue since they want me to now verify my identity with sensitive and private information including name, age, address, bank statements, even a video of my face. Crypto wallets were appealing because of their privacy but NiceHash have caved in and either been sold to a data collection company who will steal your crypto currency or they themselves are trying to get their hands on your details for some unknown purpose but either way I’ll be moving away from NiceHash. Since they’ve now stole my crypto there really isn’t a point in sticking with them and the invasion of privacy is unforgivable. DO NOT USE NICEHASH FOR YOUR CRYPTOCURRENCY!!!

It works on you but not on cpu?

Keeps crashing,will try reinstalling it.

The app constantly logs out, every time I log in, 5 second’s later it kicks me back to the log on page. Absolute waste of time constantly logging back in. This issue has been brought up in the past, yet still no fix! Please address this issue!

Before it was simple to look at your rigs and earnings just by opening the app. Now it’s gone all complex for some reason? It’s a downgrade in my opinion

There is a very annoying bug that has been pointed out several times and not been fixed, making this app pretty much redundant if you’re likely to be checking in several times daily. After installing it, I’ve been automatically logged out 5 times, and despite the option being there for Face ID and passcode, both options need to be reset each time in addition to logging back in. May as well just log in on safari and bypass the app altogether. When it does work, the features are definitely useful. I’m sure it’s a simple fix

Overall great app. But big let down from Nicehash for constantly disabling Bitcoin withdrawals at the most needed times, which is when Bitcoin prices reaches all time high territory. Meaning for us users, missing out on potential profits. Then magically withdrawals get re-enabled as Bitcoin dramatically drops in value. Rendering the whole mining process with nicehash useless. For that reason, only one star, although zero should be more appropriate as it’s a critical factor for us miners!! I will be on the lookout for a new mining software. I’d rather deal with less user friendly mining softwares than missing out on profits.
