Worse crypto wallet app. I never faced these issues in any crypto or wallet app. They take all my documents and identifications 100 times I uploaded my documents with different ways. And they rejected times with different issues. And also second thing. I deposited some amount on it they also deducted it. NiceHash deducted 50% of my original amount.

Tried to get support to help. Never hear back

If you want to withdraw 0.0005 btc you should expect to pay 0.0002 btc in fees. $30 withdrawal and pay $12.04 in fees. btc currently at $60,000. Absolutely ludicrous that they can get away with this level of robbery. Do not mine on this platform.

I have throw hundreds to thousands in to this and haven’t hit a block to save my life. The odds are wack, or they are doing some shady under hand work with my money. I don’t see the point in mining with this app if the withdrawal function is broken. It says use the lightning network instead but that doesn’t work either. Waste of my hardware resources and time just to see money sitting there untouchable.
