I purchased a digital gift card. The card was never sent to my email, customer service kept telling me they re-sent it but it never came through. Aside from saying they re-sent it they’ve been completely unhelpful in resolving this. Do not buy digital gift cards from this app.

Scored the Jordan 12 blueberry’s off the Nike app. After the shoes were delivered I opened the box to find the right shoe appeared to look significantly worn smh

Can’t even login! When I try half the time it freezes and when it doesn’t the keyboard to type doesn’t pop up.

Why do I have to choose every time that my gender? Every search have to filter every time. Why are reviews so hard? 30 step process to do a review. Have to go to a website to then do 3 factor authentication. So annoying.

Ordering shoes through the app or Nike.com is NOT advised, they have virtually no customer service, app defaulted shipping to a previous address, when I called immediately after placing the order, I got the run around through their system, that added to a long wait time to actually talk to somebody ment that I was outside of my 30 minute window to change or modify an order, I placed the order on the 12th product didn’t ship for 3 days but I still couldn’t cancel or modify the order. Now my shoes that I paid $150 are 1800 miles away and I have no recourse, no way to actually talk to the company, just more horrible overseas call center employees that can’t/wont do anything to help.

I am a Nike fan however their chat experience is the worst I have ever experienced on top the customer support agent was rude! You go to their chat and first greeted by a bot which fine, the problem is getting to a live agent. They tell you it’s busy time and it might take time, also fine. The problem is they don’t give an estimate wait time or number in queue and if you’re not staring at your screen for 30 min and miss when the live agent joins they automatically disconnect after few minutes. I ordered some Christmas present on Nov 26 that was never shipped so I tried to chat with someone for few days and the above experience happened 5 times. I was finally connected with Elisa and she said I cannot get refund only recipient which will arrive now after Christmas. Never gave me a tracking number or offered expedited shipping even though it’s their fault. He answer was why didn’t you contact us earlier 🙄

You can post a product review, but only if it's a positive 4 to 5 star review of course! Bought Nike MC Trainer 3, left a helpful and detailed review for buyers of how and why the fit of the shoe was awful and deserved a 1 star review, but they didn't post my review. They posted someone's 5 star review after that though of course. AND i didn't even mention in the review how my order of those 2 pairs of shoes came tampered with, open packing box with the shoes thrown out of the shoebox and all customer support offered was a return or exchange!

After finally winning a shoe raffle after being a member for 6 years. They sent my shoes in the WRONG size but it shows the correct size online. Now I’m out of $260 bucks and the shoe because they are ALL SOLD OUT and the pair I have, I can’t even walk in them!

Keeps asking me to download upgraded version but when I tap to download, it doesn’t work
