Never attache your bank card to Noon. You will leave UAE and never will be able to recover your account to unable your subscription. I open my bank card subscription Noon is showing stoped but it is still charging a subscription fee Every Month !
Number confirmation
OTP code can’t be delivered to the foreign phone numbers. There is no option to contact with a customer support
Worst company ever
they don’t care about customers at all. I made an order and 8 days everyday I received your order is out for delivery and nothing came to me. Noon company cares only about money. They don’t care how delivery companies work. delivery guy will not even try to call you. and if somehow you didn’t see the sms they send and call him, done they will not deliver long story short this is the worst company, I called them every day, during 8 days, and everyday they said that actions will be taken, they will send a message to deliver urgent, and that is it.

We have requested liquid spray for hair through noon When I received the liquid is leaking for the pack I contacted their support and what they do just initiate return request after long conversation I believe they have to do better and make sure of costumer satisfied also delivery agent need to put plenty on him or seller

Don’t ever try to pay before delivery because if you face any issues you won’t get your money back, all their policies they set are to ease the way for not giving back your money for any reason or issue
