I was trying to pay for my shampoo then something popped up for noon one membership then i was charged 1 dirhams first then suddenly i was charged 129 aed already! This is so scam!

I experienced a fake delivery attempt last night, where the delivery staff falsely claimed that my order was undelivered due to being unreachable—which is completely untrue. As a result, I immediately contacted customer service and raised my concern, emphasizing that I need my order as early as possible since I am leaving today. I was assured that my concern had been escalated. However, upon checking the tracking site this morning, I saw that my order was marked as "Out for Delivery" since 7 AM. It has now been over three hours, and there is still no update. This delay is unacceptable, especially given the urgency of my request.
DO NOT USE THEIR NOWNOW APP!!!
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with an app! 1. They accepted my order and then cancelled it, forcing me to reorder. When I reordered, they double-charged my account! 2. To make matters worse, what I paid for was not what I received—several items were missing from the order. 3. I’ve tried communicating multiple times, but their customer service is non-existent. No one has approached me or even bothered to respond to my complaints. This app is so inconvenient and a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app at all costs.
