This people are professional cheaters, I order 700 plus riyals and the order never reached my home, 1 month to put the money back in the application and forget about getting your money back! They blocked this amount which I need to spend now using their poor service. As I keep ordering stuff to spend the money and they keep sending broken or super damage products…

Scammers

I ordered an xbox one controller from them and I received an xbox 360 controller, I contacted them and requested a refund and I waited more than three months and they still did not refund me. I kept calling them and they say that they will call me and solve it and they never call.

Good app, wide range but horrible delivery service.

Delivery slots are from 7 am till 11 pm. There is no way to track further so you need to be available all day, sometimes you receive SMS that you were not reachable and delivery needs to be rescheduled of the blue, sometimes the delivery never arrives the day you schedule it. The delivery service is NOT reliable at all. Reason why I don’t recommend and won’t use again.

Products can be not the same shown

Be careful with some of their sellers, some of them send you cheaper items and not matching at all with those that they show and describe. Actually Noon should punish those sellers which try to cheat customers, please try to care more about people reviews and complains, just counting how many times you have sold an item or fast deliveries is not the point, if you don’t match the right item with the one you have paid for. Thank you and try to control in a better way your sellers.
