Excellent apps
Essay to use app only issue we should have the option to freeze card in case we need. Other than that very pleased with it.
Very good. Easy to use and pleasant
Very hard to use and find things, especially for those not living in Portugal. Eg. not accepting international phone numbers or addresses until you go through hundreds of processes is very old school. I wish the service would be better overall. And also app pins and card pins are not the same. I still don’t know how to get a reminder of my card pin without having to physically go to a bank in Portugal. It’s 2023… I do like this bank, but it’s making me wonder if I should still keep my Portuguese account. Too much hassle.
A decent, no frills and functional app, that gets the job done.
Very bad application bcus no have to change language options
Easy to use
Firstly, this app doesn’t even have an option to have the app in English. This is ridiculous especially when there are so many foreigners/expats and a large international community living in portugal nowadays. Second, this is a very difficult app to use in general. Most banking apps just send a pin code, instead this app sends a ridiculously long code which cannot even be dragged into the box. So you eventually cannot access your own banking! Amazing!
Forced into new App. Managed to set it up but the authorisation kept failing. I was told it is a problem with iPhone and I needed to come into the branch. Once at the branch I am then told that because I had used PC banking I cannot use the app. Of course, I had to use PC because I couldn’t authorise iPhone and transactions were required as life goes on! Was advised by staff at the branch that if I wanted to use the app I had to cancel my debit card, get a new one and then try authorising again. But if I ever logged on to PC it would stop working. Stupid. No thanks, PC banking is more reliable but now looking at other banks for my business. This is not good enough.
