Cant even start with the registration as i’am unable to select the nationality and add phone number, not a single field works correctly.

I might tried number of time subha’Allah it’s not registering me as a new visitor from Australia. I am not sure how I am able to do umrah on arrival in Mecca.

It’s a shame that people have travelled so far to be here only to be limited by the glitches of a faulty app. People have been leaving Madinah in tears as they have been unable to book rawdah visits. The guards don’t care enough to listen so trying to have a conversation gets you nowhere.

App is not working and comes up with error 101… Have tried on 3 different phones with the same issue with local Saudi number as well as my Australian number, unfortunately this is quite stressful when you have come a long way for Umrah and need to register through this app to do so..I hope I will not be going home without doing my Umrah..
