I been trying to book an appointment for ridadul jannah for last 3 months but never get any. It’s only works for men in this app. Plus coustomer service in modina is good for nothing

Worst application out there. I tried for weeks to log in and no luck. There is a glitch in the app as a few other people I talked to are going through the same thing. I arrived in Medina and asked the soldiers/guards for help and they offered no guidance. You need to find a better system!

لما تحجز تصريح لدخول الروضة الشريفة يطلع لك QR كود، ال QR كود هذا اللي يقراه مو جهاز يتأكد أنو الحاج دخل أو لاء وانما اللي يقراه هو عيون الموظف البليد هههههه مافي جهاز يقرأه، يعني المصمم لهذا الشي يا إنه عبيط أو أفدغ لأن في حال فاتك موعد الحجز لأي سبب من الأسباب ما رح تقدر تحجز الا بعد 45 يوم وهاتك يا مسخرة لما تدق تبغى تشتكي يقلك المشكلة من عندك ليش ما سويت التحديث الإجباري على أساس أنو التحديث الإجباري هذا منه فايدة او سووا عليه اي تعديلات من جد. استخفاف بمواعيد الناس والسستم زي وجه اللي صممه ولا تقدر تشتكي.

Why is this app not working out of Saudi?

First app don’t work when it does they have no slot available to register. I contacted the customer service and they said they add new appointment’s every half an hour which I constantly checking however nothing showing. This won’t work especially for elderly people they need to figure some things out for people who don’t use cell phone or not good with technology. It’s worst nightmare for people who are not familiar with technology.

I don’t know how an application at this level of importance doesn't have a support team ! I tried to register but I’m not receiving SMS . And I ask to re send until you blocked me . Now what should I do ? This is the only place I can reach you in and I hope you will solve the problem

I am keep getting “10010016 -Incorrect entered data” error whenever I try to enter verification code that is sent to my email. This is frustrating b/c I have to do reservation for my Umrah soon. Please FIX IT!!

The booking of Rawda is impossible unless you have unlimited time in Medina.Off course thats impossible for people from outside. Nusuk booking system is useless and has no point for foreigners visiting Medina for less than a week especially for women.
