What is happening in this application? I can't log in and even in the update of tawwakalna app we can't obtain Umrah permit???

I already create an account after they logged me out I can’t logging in again it’s says wrong password and everytime i use the forgot password its says wrong info lol

This apps is nice particulary to locate all people whoever wants to go pray ,umrah and hajj in makkah . However, its just so frustrating that i had multiple times to get appointment schedule hour by hour in by everyday but It shows No time slot all over the dates of days and months. So I ended up nothing at all just tied up myself. 😭 Its like its impossible to have schedule due to not available of all dates..

It’s good that they came up with this app to efficiently facilitate requests to perform umrah and or visits in both Makkah and Madinah. However, it makes it impossible for app users to select a particular date as no availabilities are seen each day.. Does that mean all the dates for this year and the next have been booked? It would be most helpful if your system is updated of the availabilities real time to avoid frustration from end users. Thanks!

Trying since last one year to update my email address but it’s the same issue can’t update. It’s not getting updated. The app sometimes doesn’t say anything or again and again it says data is wrong. Pls I need to change the email address. Pls help and support.

This app is great helpful to avail opportunity to pray inside Riyaz Ul Jannah, found very useful in my last week visit, all steps were so smooth, jazakallah.

عند تنزيل التطبيق اخترت اللغة العربية ولكن منذ يومين كلما افتح التطبيق يكون بالانجليزي ، شيء جدا مزعج ومرات يعلق وما اقدر اغير اللغة الى العربية….الرجاء اصلاح العطل
