不僅可以在健身房使用，即使下雨天不想出門，在家又可以更換不同運動的懶人救星🤣
it was great until…
this app is great for beginners or those who want to do structural trainings. Nonetheless, i have been using this app for 2.5 months and the same bug happened to me twice. I finished the workout but the app didn’t register and it showed up on my main page that the workout is undone. It’s frustrating cuz I lost all the progress of each exercise as well as that of the program. I have contacted the team but they didn’t seem like they know what happened. A bit disappointed not gonna lie.
