OFX Money Transfer

Have had a few minor hic coughs but mainly a very good seamless service trust them implicitly Jenny.

Been Really happy with the no fuss transfers over the years saving huge amount of time and exchange rates compared to banks.👍

I have many other platforms but never came across this kind of poor customer service. They took around 10 says to just verify the account after following up everyday.

I have been using OFX now for a number of years to get my money home from working abroad. Simple and easy to use and good rates. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to transfer foreign currency around.

Sent the money and days later they told me it could not be sent to my recipient. Fine, just return to me, easy right? Nah nah nah… compliance team, tech support, documents, more than a dozen emails… was told they’d reply next week many times, and two weeks’ passed, nothing. In the end I was fed up and called, and was told that the money would be sent out to me today. I’m very doubtful. I’m not talking about 1 million dollars, it’s $250, and I won’t be using their service ever again.

OFX have designed this app so well that it only takes a couple of clicks to get a price or make a transfer.

Now, like the rest of the world, two factor verification most likely isn’t a problem for criminals, but for the average person want to make a transfer while they’re on the move, it becomes more difficult and sometimes impossible, to complete a routine transaction. Suggest using either Microsoft or Google Authenticator or similar as an SMS is obsolete.

The process has a been very quick and reliable
