While the app is convenient and organized it does not allow me to lo into my account to therefore make order and have record of each and track my packages. ’

There are 3 major things that would improve this app significantly: 1. Can’t check out. Whenever I try to check out, I’m redirected to their website with an empty cart. This is a horrible user experience and makes no sense at all. What’s the point of having a shopping app if I can’t actually check out? 2. I add things to my cart, then take some time to think about if I really want those items. When I come back to the app a few days later, my cart is empty. 3. Inconsistent sizing between the website and app. Even though my app is set to US, the sizing is in UK. But on the website the sizing is in US. So when I go to the website after trying to check out in the app, I’m referring back to what was in my cart in the app, and am adding the wrong sizes to my cart on the website.

The app is way to glitchy, can’t even look through stuff without it sending me back to the main page everytime 🙄

As much as I love oh pollys clothing this app isn’t it. It’s very slow and takes forever for things to load going onto there websites online is much faster.

I love the clothes in Oh Polly but the app is a headache !

It shows items are in stock and then when you add to bag and click checkout it just loads a different page, not the page for payment. The. When I get off the app and go the actual website it will show the item not in stock. Please fix this issue. The app should not be showing things in stock and able to put in the cart for checkout.

I really like this app, but believe it could use some improvements. For starters, it doesn’t allow me to login to my account so I can’t track my wishlist & purchases. Also, it glitches at times and it makes it hard to make purchases. Furthermore, when I try to purchase, it redirects me to the website and doesn’t save my cart. I see potential in this app and with these updates, it will be amazing!

The website and company is great however the app is terrible. Sale prices are not updated and anytime I go to check out it redirect me to the online website. What’s the point of an app if you go on the website again?

App is absolutely garbage and the website is no better. Glitchy and a pain to just order one simple thing. Fix it

I’ve never had a clothing website glitch so bad. You can’t even check out without it being a whole issue.
