Many wrong locations in the app I lost lot of money
Mexico’s phone numbers are not supported so I was unable to register 😒
Can’t use my debit card because I used it already in my son's Ola account. Useless!
Drivers cancel each and every time, they are never on time and after multiple cancellations your fare goes up. Even when you have a ride scheduled, all drivers call you to know your “drop location”, if they don’t like it, they cancel. Most cars are dirty and drivers smelly.
The experience of using this app is too overwhelming. I feel the experience could be so much more streamlined
Billed me with more than ₹700/- for a 15km ride that too on a Monday afternoon with zero traffic in Noida. Ideally it should have costed about half the price. When I tried to raise a complaint, they don’t have a customer support and I only end up chatting with a chatbot. Rapido prices are slightly hirer than Ola but I find them more reliable and not misleading like Ola. Uninstalling for ever.🙏
While travelling in ola auto when reached destination (railway station,kanakpura,jaipur) in that case I forgot my one bag( luggage) in auto i went to the station gate and I remembered that i forgot my bag so i call driver mr.jitendra bairwa (78770 02545) he directly denied for the bag. I also request him to return it i will agree to pay his charges also but pls return my bag he directly denied and saying no bag here then how to deal with that my luggage gone dont have proper clothes to next day. I bought clothes from Udaipur market and new original charger with cable it cost me around 4000₹ and other thighs i losted in it approx 10-15 k. The problem is there is no response on complaints and no action on driver and i did not received a single msg from ola to enquiry or anything else that means we are fool to travel in your cabs and auto we are paying ₹10 extra on every single ride after that we have to face drivers like Jitendra and company like ola who don’t respond on any complaint or raised ticket.
Your service here is pathetic here… every time after booking a cab your driver ask for extra money than the booking amount. Otherwise deny the ride. If we cancel then you charge us for the cancellation.
Uninstalling second time. 10 years back I had missed non refundable flight because of Ola mistake , left me stranded in different connecting airports for 2 nights without much money and cold. After years I installed thinking Ola as an organisation have become efficient in handling situations but nothing has changed. You can enhance application but not the kind of drivers they hire. Today driver left me on corner of road saying from here you go on your own as the road is one way and I cannot drive in round. There was no traffic still he denied to help me drop at exact location. I am uninstalling second time
