Just boring talk. Not working ar all nothing useful like a plan even payed! Automatically subscription renewal without warning. Cancellation of all eu citizens rights. Changing of terms and conditions during payed period and now I cannot use then payed content without accepting new terms!

Refund policy is a lie! Once you were charged no refund is possible! Be careful once you subscribe they charge. I made sure there will be no other charges except the initial one when I registered, but it seems that to my surprise there was a subscription  ongoing and it can only be cancelled by accessing the site. I was not informed that there is a subscription in place at all as it was not visible to me neither in the app nor in my apple pay subscriptions. It’s a shame that in this technological times, these kind of apps still manage to subjugate the user and make it impossible to get rid of it and charge by force from your card! I wouldn’t give a star even to the review. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Worst App, wouldn't give refunds because “I bought” the full app… WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION THAT WOULD TELL ME THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY

Mă ajută foarte mult să mă încadrez în niște limite cu mesele. Am mâncat doar ce-mi place, am putut să dozez cantitatea și combinația astfel ca am și slăbit 3,5 kg și mă simt foarte bine. Recomand cu mare drag

Not fun to use; Bored me really fast; settings section is kindah messy and doesn’t contain all the necessary details for example the subscription info and so on

In the refund policy they mention if you dont use it, they will cancel… guess what, they didn’t. I paid the subscription for a week, I have forgot to use it and I have remembered when I have seen in my bank account that they charged me for a second week. So I have followed they process and cancelled my subscription on 19th and I have received email confirmation that my subscription is cancelled and I can used the app until next billing cycle, which was on 26th of August. Today, on 21st of August I was charged, AFTER I cancelled it. Although in their cancellation terms say that you must cancel 24h before your next billing cycle. I mailed them to refund and guess what?! I received an email that they have backlogs in replying… but not for billing, for stealing money they are proactive. I recommend you to BLOCK YOUR CARD! they will continue to charge you and god knows if they will eventually refund you. To Cancel Your Subscription you cannot use it from app, they complicated things for you to not do it. Anyway, as I mentioned there I was following their steps and cancelled on their website and even like this, they charged. And if you sent them emails, they will delay as much as they could just to be able to charge you again

I don't know how to cancel my subscription. I payed for a 4 week plan beacause of a discount but they didnt give me any plan. so i wanted to cancel my subscription and delete my account but its not possible. i need help please.

This app is so awful, I paid all of it just to get nothing in the app! Some recipes and exercises and they call it personalised, when I asked to get a refund simple answer no they will not even though I have not used the app for not even 1 second and I emailed them immediately after 5 minutes I think that I want a refund. And now they will not answer my emails anymore. THIS APP IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!’

This app is the biggest scam!It will take unauthorized payments if you enter your cards details!It shouldn’t be on AppStore.
