One Minute Pause

I absolutely LOVE the meditations, and I absolutely dislike the background ’music’. Please just turn that off, or lower it to about 10% of the current levels. Thanks for blessing us all with these guided prayers!

We recently finished the “Get your Life Back” Biblestudy course and this 1 Minute Pause habit has been a great comfort and breather for us all spiritually. I’ve truly made it a habit now, and so thankful to Dr Eldridge for this gift! I find that staying focused on what truly matters during the day, even in stressful days, becomes easier when taking the pause. Whenever I feel my mind wandering to worries and cares, I Pause. It has been a tremendous help also in my study hours to keep my focus on God and not on worries, deadlines and massive amounts of research. Thank You So Much for this truly Amazing Gift!

This meditation has been shown me what has been missing in my walk with God: union. Satan uses trauma, pain of all kinds to prevent this union of deep heart/soul intimacy. You can be a person of faith yet still not know God. That’s where I was. Now, every morning before I get out of bed & every evening when my head hits the pillow, I pray “Your Glory, Your Love, Your Kingdom; I give everyone & everything to You, God.” Peace enters saturates my being & I wouldn’t trade it for all the riches of this world ♥️

For some reason, every blessed time I open this app it makes me login again. Is there any way to fix this bug? I’m a busy mom and it’s terribly annoying.

Next to the Word, this app is indispensable for my daily walk with God.

I started using this app about a year ago and every month Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit highlight different aspects in the readings. I love the daily readings and also the different readings as well. Intimacy with Jesus, and Glory, Love, Kingdom prayer have become and are becoming more real, a reality for me. I encourage everyone to invest in their journey the Pause App.

Slowing down to meet God has never been easier! Do this over and over in this world that is trying to claw away at every second!

In a season of exhaustion and hitting “the wall”, this app opened my eyes to God’s unlimited supply of strength that he wants to bestow on his children and it opened my heart to the deeply rooted struggles that prevent connection with the Father. Highly recommend those that are exhausted spiritually to do this app, really study it, lean into it! It changed so much for me.

For ordinary mystics and skeptics alike. God is active and speaking through John’s guided prayers. His methods rely on the Holy Spirit’s work rather than his own, rooted in Scripture. It’s a refreshing blessing!
