One Minute Pause

This app came to me from a pastor my sister knew. Gods timing is perfect just what I had been crying out for. A longing to be closer to God a longer to love Jesus more , a deep need for daily bread to give me fresh resilience for each day in a season of health issues that were life changing. I am on a journey of finding that deeper communion daily with God . Pause and letting go of all the worlds pressures & just loving Jesus . I have sent this app to many friends . I have read your book . Listen to wild at heart . One friend is going through your book on zoom with friends . I am going to start a group when the time is right . In the mean time I shared what I am learning. Be still pause let go of every one & everything and know that I am God who loves & cares for you . Thanks guys for all your encouragement. I heard about the one minute pause app on The Place We Find Ourselves podcast and have loved it. But the 30 day Resilience programme is just amazing.
