One Minute Pause

The hardest thing to do in my life is to surrender all to Jesus. 30 days to resilience and the pause app-benevolent detachment has helped me to surrender all to Jesus. Depression has been a large part of my life, feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, an inferiority complex. I am the father of six children and married 26 yrs to Joanne my best friend on earth but have been separated from the last 5,my children have all gone astray, I now have hope through Jesus, they have all known the word of God and his word does not go void.I have known off Jesus all my 58 yrs but am only now getting to know Jesus my Lord and saviour . Wild at heart Ministries-Ransomed heart and John Eldridge,s teachings have been life changing. Daily giving my life into the hands of Jesus has brought healing into my life, I have realised my God given purpose is to live and live life to the fullest in his Son Jesus, this is my quest my journey, self discovery through Jesus, the Holy Spirit and Father God. I have a wonderful future in Jesus. Be encouraged.

Thoughtful, well-crafted, Holy Spirit inspired, intelligent. Resilient creates masterful spaces to meet with God in fresh ways, challenging and fruit bearing. I just finished the 30 days and I’ll start again from day 1 tomorrow. Highly recommended

Wow! I have loved this 30 Day’s program so much I’m heading back to the beginning to do it again. It has been so gentle, yet so so powerful in my walk with God. This app is changing my life. These pauses with Jesus is just what I need to get me through the day and draw me deeper into the love of God. I’ve just completed the 30 day Resilience course and I’m definitely going to do it again with friends and family. I’ve even bought the book! Thank you John for the rich resource. This app is great and has definitely helped me to stop and pause

This meditation has been shown me what has been missing in my walk with God: union. Satan uses trauma, pain of all kinds to prevent this union of deep heart/soul intimacy. You can be a person of faith yet still not know God. That’s where I was. Now, every morning before I get out of bed & every evening when my head hits the pillow, I pray “Your Glory, Your Love, Your Kingdom; I give everyone & everything to You, God.” Peace enters saturates my being & I wouldn’t trade it for all the riches of this world ♥️

For some reason, every blessed time I open this app it makes me login again. Is there any way to fix this bug? I’m a busy mom and it’s terribly annoying.

Next to the Word, this app is indispensable for my daily walk with God.

I started using this app about a year ago and every month Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit highlight different aspects in the readings. I love the daily readings and also the different readings as well. Intimacy with Jesus, and Glory, Love, Kingdom prayer have become and are becoming more real, a reality for me. I encourage everyone to invest in their journey the Pause App.
