Experience with OpenPhone
We seem to regularly have issues such as phones not coming through or going out, as we are currently.
Getting hold of help to solve the issue has been a challenge.
We are also a healthcare facility, and this creates a major issue.
Can you please call us and provide adequate guidance on how to go about getting such issues resolved immediately? This would be appreciated.
Also, we were able to send sms messages to US but lately I know I get the message that I need to “register” - not sure what that is?

Few very old bugs still
Unable to sync contact on cloud, sometimes sync fails for few contacts.
Pending Notifications for text messaging stays in cloud till I open the app and then they appear.
Ringtone can’t be changed, after switching to 2nd ringtone the system automatically switches back to the previous one.
Love this app..
I just want to say that I love this app. I was an early adopter way back in 2020, but didn't like the app then and cancelled. I came back 2023 and is blown away on how the app evolved. It is so much better and super reliable. I would have given it a 5 star, except than my OpenPhone number is tagged as likely spam. If this can be resolved I will give it a 5 star.
An amazing app
I can use my OpenPhone app and Canadian number while I’m in the states and in other countries while on wifi. That is unbelievable!
Very disappointed
I was using OpenPhone since January 2023. My account got blocked without any reason in November 2023. When I emailed them to inquire why my account got blocked, they provided no reason. They simply said, 'Unfortunately, we can’t offer our services.' These idi*ts don’t know how much loss I incurred because of this cheap reason. Don’t ever use or buy OpenPhone service. Go for RingCentral because they provide more explanations when something goes wrong.
Issues
It worked well in the beginning but since the summer, I don’t know if it’s because we use it in Canada, but our calls show as scam and customer service couldn’t do anything. For a business this might create issues. Also, 80% of the time, clients say the sound is muffled or can’t hear us well.
No live support and complete lack of business number calling experience
I wasted my money. When you have no live support and only predefined Q and A, none of your business number setup questions will be resolved. Better stay away
