From an iPhone, OpenTable customers can stay connected to their restaurant from anywhere. The Owner app on iPhone lets you check cover trends and stats, make and edit reservations, start a marketing campaign, receive VIP push notifications, and more.
Additionally, OpenTable customers should use the iPad app for cloud-based front-of-house
guest and table management, shift planning, and more.

No response after sending multiple emails TERRIBLE SERVICE
The new update is absolutely terrible. Notes not updating payments not showing. We have tried to contact OT multiple times to fix the issue however we never get a reply and then we finally do after chasing up we get response from different people saying different things and go in circles. The issues never get sorted and it’s getting worse and worse. OT please sort it out!!!
Best TMS app
OpenTable has been far the best, most reliable, and easy to use table management system. It just works perfectly, super easy to implement, connect with our channels and sync with other system, its so intuitive our staff can easily operate it with confidence.
Terrible Fit for my restaurant STUCK IN CONTRACT
I can express how bad and inflexible Opentable is for taking reservations & walk in diners. Left us under capacity about 40% compared to our previous reservation system. We have a unique setup so I expect this is not the case for most users. However, months of working with an Account Manager on the issues, and implementing several solutions her advice it to accept the capacity loss. Opentable is insisting I pay the full 12 months contact. Also be aware. If you have a loyal customer base already, you will also be handing them your client list so they can charge you per head on each booking.

Having the OpenTable system in our pub has made a massive & positive impact. We’re delighted we got it.
One thing it doesn’t seem to have is the direct messaging system when using the app through a phone or tablet. Not sure why this is? It’s definitely the one thing they could improve
Fantastic System
This is a great system for my restaurant
Take advantage of small businesses.
They make you stay with them for 6 months until you can leave and make you pay £150 a month for nothing as they don’t even help you get dinners. When you ask to leave they say you’ve to pay for the months left, when they are not doing anything to help you. If anything lose more money. Definitely not helpful for small businesses and there are a lot cheaper apps out there. Disappointing.
Absolutely useless
Is so hard to operate from your phone, the app is clashing so much. Trying to just check the bookings is an adventure, does not load, does not sync. OT used to be so much better years ago, I feel like instead of improving it over the years it just got harder to handle
Doesn’t Work
The app keeps hanging and doesn’t update, very frustrating.
Confirmed tick doesn’t appear on the timeline view
Since last update 9.5.1, when a guest confirms their booking via mail or call the small tick sign does not appear on timeline view. Please fix this bug as soon as possible
