I love the ouro app and the prices there but to create an account you have put in your phone number.the problem is if i put in mine it says it isn’t valid because it needs 10 digits but in Germany there are 13 digits if you use +49.That means I can’t create an account and buy shoes.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 3 unite and it has been around 11 days or more day and it still says “waiting for seller shipment “ and I cant find a way to return the shoes and I even tried to mail them but they still haven’t responded to my message.

i ordered cool grey 11s and its been saying awaiting seller shipment for 4 days and im starting to get impatient is that normal?

sold a pair of foam runners and yeezy slides and never got my money 🤦🏾‍♂️ and they don’t respond to emails

I wouldn’t even give this app 1 star. This app is ok to buy shoes but there’s been many instances we’re they send you reps or really bad condition shoes not shown in the pictures. But selling is the worst, I’ve had many problems when selling both my shoes, they claimed that the laces on my Jordan 11s weren’t original when I NEVER EVER changed them and that they had to wait for the buyer to approve, which took FOREVER, almost a month till the buyer approved. And same thing with the current shoe I’m selling now, apparently the shoe was the wrong size and it’s been over a month without the buyer approving which is horrendous. If you want to sell or buy something stay far away from this app, use eBay where they actually authenticate the shoes and has much better costumer/seller support.
